Provide and promote quotations of ILS related services to clients and colleagues.
Negotiate rates and services with sub-companies on an ad-hoc basis.
Ensure that ILS services are invoiced, meaning addressed to the accounting department.
Process and operate full ILS related logistic cycle, including additional processes which may be implemented later.
Process, coordinate and overview “EXW” pickups with all involved sub-companies and colleagues.
Process, coordinate and overview “DDX” deliveries with all involved sub-companies and colleagues.
Required Skills
Proven working experience as a Customer Service or Trucking Agent.
Experience in the Cargo Industry preferred Fluent in German & English (verbal and written)
Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
Customer-oriented behaviour
Commercial skills
Keen perception and highly organized
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively.
Able to give professional and clear communication to clients
