The solution for time and temperature sensitive pharmaceutical products that need to be shipped in active containers. A variety of containers is used to keep healthcare goods as protected as possible, including dry ice technologies. Goods shipped are kept at a constant temperature throughout the entire cargo journey. Use of active containers mitigates risks for ambient temperature influence on healthcare products.

Data loggers to give you 100% transparency of our cold chain integrity
At AirBridgeCargo we understand that some of our customers wish to get additional guarantee of their special cargo integrity with the usage of data loggers.
Almost all data loggers contain lithium batteries and some of them can be equipped with GPS/GSM modules which under certain circumstances can influence aircraft avionic system and cause fire on board. Taking this into consideration, we have established approval procedure for any data loggers that accompany cargo during transportation.

The documents should include:
· User’s manual / guidelines.
· Technical specifications.
· For lithium battery: Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) or Manufacturer’s Declaration that the lithium battery has been tested as per UN Manual of Tests and Criteria, Part III, subsection 38.3.
· For GPS/GSM module as per Boeing requirements: The operator should be following the latest guidance in FAA AC 91.21-1D and EASA AMC1 CAT.GEN.MPA.140. Per those sets of guidance cargo tracking PEDs must comply with RTCA DO-160E / EUROCAE ED-14E Section 21 Category H limits.
After approval procedure you will get a confirmation and device model will have added to the current list of authorized data-loggers.
Please pay attention mentioned data loggers should meet the following requirements:

ABC has successfully gained its IATA CEIV Pharma re-certification following two-day audit procedures for compliance with IATA’s Center of Excellence for Validators in Pharmaceutical Logistics (CEIV Pharma) certification program on October 2019 proven its compliance with industry standards.
The CEIV certificate marks the airline's commitment to being a high quality service provider and is supported by ABC's large-scale automated cargo terminal development program at Sheremetyevo airport.
