The company has followed step-by-step customer’s instructions, minimizing loading procedures and guaranteeing seamless access to the horses’ owner within Sheremetyevo International Airport premises.
Petr Novozhenov, Regional Director, Russia and CIS of AirBridgeCargo Airlines, comments: “We have always been committed to high-quality services for live animals’ transportation. With additional restrictions, transportation without grooms seemed like an impossible task, however, we face difficulties head-on and, upon thorough fine-tuning of all the stages, the transportation has been accomplished. Thanks to dedication and experience of our sales team in the region who are accustomed to multitasking and challenging projects, the horses got first-class treatment”.
